What Can Customers Do with Gift Returns?
Return the gift for store credit (only store credit is allowed for refunds).
Exchange the gift for another variant of the same product (e.g., size or color).
How It Works
The gift recipient accesses the Return page powered by Return Prime
They enter the order details and email or phone number used during the original purchase.
They are asked to submit:
Their own contact information
A new pickup (for return) or delivery address (for exchange)
The return/exchange process proceeds as normal with store credit issued or a variant exchange processed.
Note: Gift returns are limited to exchanges within the same product (e.g., size/color changes).
How to Enable Gift Returns
Merchants can enable this feature easily:
Go to Settings in your Return Prime dashboard.
Navigate to the Policy section.
Scroll down to Gift Returns.
Toggle the switch to enable Gift Returns.
