How can I add a returns page/link on my Shopify store?

We have always learned that as a human, we should have the right to choose the way we want to lead our life. We are happy when we get to choose the clothes we want to wear, the food we want to eat or the people we want to live with.

Similarly, not everyone likes when you force them to signup with you to buy a product when they visit you first. Designing a Guest experience is as important as designing a logged in customer experience. Your visitors will expect a royal treatment and seamless experience to turn into your customers and that is why we decided to focus on both Guest as well as Logged-in Customers.

Steps to set up dedicated page for both Guest and Logged-in customer:
​
1. Go to your Return Prime dashboard or click here.
2. Look for the section "Add a Returns/Exchange page" and copy the URL visible there (shown in picture)

Pro-Tip: You can also use the same link in your customer emails blogs etc. to provide customer a convenient way to initiate a returns whenever required. Keeping the transparency only increases trust and will help you build a loyal customer base.

3. Login to your Shopify Admin dashboard. Go to Online Store > Navigation (as shown in picture)

4. Open the menu where you would like to add a link to your Returns/Exchange page and just follow the below video:
