There could be multiple reasons on why customers would like to return a product. It could be because it is damaged/defected or they found it different from what was shown to them, but as a business owner, you may need more information to make an informed decision of approving or rejecting a request raised by the customers. Return Prime lets you ask your customers to upload photos or for additional information before they can create any request. Here is how you can set it up:

1. Go to Settings > Reasons on your Return Prime dashboard

2. Click on the pencil icon to edit the reason and select Yes in Photo required section

Configure Return Prime to capture photo from customers for returns

Note: Customers will be asked to upload photos only if they select this reason. If you want to make it mandatory for all reason, just repeat Step 2 for each reason created.
