FedEx is one of the most popular logistics service providers in the world. Now you can connect your FedEx account with Return Prime easily to automate the label generation process. Here is a step-by-step process to integrate FedEx with Return Prime:

You need below 3 credentials to integrate the FedEx account:-

1. Account Number
2. API Key
3. API Secret

  1. Login to the FedEx developer portal or click here.


  2. Once logged in, click on the "My project" option from the left sidebar and then click on "Create a project" or click here.


  3. Here in the first step, please give a project name and select the below-mentioned reason and APIs.

    1. Address validation API

    2. FedEx location search API

    3. Open Ship API

    4. Pick Up request API

    5. Postal Code validation API

    6. Rates and Transit times API

  4. In the second step, accept the term and condition by typing the name they have asked.

  5. Now assign a test account by selecting the country where you want to operate and accept the term and conditions to complete the process.

  6. Once it is done, you will get the test credentials which you will need to try in a sandbox environment, you can use tools like Postman to test them, and then the FedEx team will give you access to production/live credentials.

  7. As soon as you get the production creadentials, please navigate to "Settings > Logitistics" and click on "FedEx" and enter the required details or click here.
