How to allow customers to return multiple items?

The return journey should be frictionless for the customers and there are times when they want to return more than 1 item. In such cases Return Prime allows them to select multiple items and raise a request in a single transaction.

Here is how you can enable this on your store:-

1. Click on the settings icon on your Return Prime dashboard.

2. Now open the "Policies" settings.

3. Here scroll down to the bottom and check the "Enable multiple items returns" option and you are good to go.

Note:- Individual requests will be created for each item on your dashboard making it simple for you to manage and approve only the ones you think are eligible. You can always combine them and approve them in a single click. It will send them a single label or a single shipment will be generated.
