Return Prime now allows you to restrict the orders from being returned or exchanged depending on the discount code used in the order. For example, in This BFCM you are running a sale from 1st December 2023 to 7th December 2023, where customers can use the code BFCM20 to get an additional 20% off on the whole order. On these orders, you do not want to give return and exchange options.
This is how you can handle this condition:-
1. Navigate to "Settings > Policies" on the Return Prime dashboard.
2. Scroll down a bit and you will find an option "Restrict returns/exchange of orders"
3. Here you can define the rule according to your policy. Different types of conditions like product tags, dates, or discount codes can be used. Here in the screenshot, you will find a rule created like the BFCM example we have discussed above.
That is it! It was that simple to restrict the orders according to your business policies. Return Prime allows you to set them dynamically as per your needs.
Pro tip:- You can make use of "Match ANY of the below" if you want to check any conditions from the three and restrict it.
