Managing returns efficiently is crucial for any e-commerce business, and Return Prime makes it even more seamless with its powerful dashboard customization features. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to create custom views specifically tailored for your operations in India.

Step 1: Navigate to the Returns Section

Log in to your Return Prime account and head to the dashboard. Once there, find the "Returns" or "Exchanges" section on the left sidebar.



Step 2: Click on "Add Filter"

Within the "Returns" section, click on the "Approved" tab. Then you'll notice an "Add Filter" option. Click on this to begin customizing your views.


Step 3: Choose Your Filter Options

After clicking "Add Filter" a menu with five options will appear:

  • Shipment Status

  • Requested Refund Modes

  • Actual Refund Mode

  • Order Payment Type

  • Reason

Step 4: Example - Filtering by Shipment Status is "Picked up from customer"

Let's say you want to view all return requests that have been picked up from the customer. In this case, you'll choose "Shipment Status" from the dropdown menu.

Within the "Shipment Status" filter, select "Picked up from customer" from the available options.


Step 6: Give Your View a Name

To easily identify and access this specific view in the future, provide a name for your filter. This could be something like "Picked up Requests" for clarity and then click on the "Save" button.

Step 7: Enjoy Your Custom View

With the filter saved, you'll now see a new section in your dashboard specifically showing all return requests where the logistics partner's status is "Picked up from the customer."


Step 8: Repeat for Different Status

To create different views for various statuses, repeat the process by adding filters and selecting the relevant criteria. You can customize views based on requested refund modes, actual refund modes, order payment types, or reasons.
