  1. Open the Return Prime app and navigate to the settings menu.

  2. Access the "Policies" section within the settings.

  3. Scroll down to find the "Return Multiple Items" section.

  4. Check the box to "Enable Multiple Returns" in this section.

  5. Save your changes.
