Merchants can now create promotional rules on Return Prime to incentivize customers and make them opt for a specific refund mode.

Here is how it can help businesses:

  • Offer store credits instead of direct refunds so customers will buy again from the same brand - Customer is retained

  • Incentivise loyal customers with extra refund amounts to increase repeat purchase

You can set a rule by following the below-mentioned steps:-

  1. Click on the Settings icon in the bottom left corner.

  2. Here please navigate to "Wonder Promotions" settings.

  3. On the next screen, please click on "Create new promotion".

  4. Here you can set a rule like this. According to this rule:- If a customer selects Store credit as refund mode then give him a 10% extra amount. You can change this as per your business policy.

Once this is done then save the rule and you are ready to go. This will help you reduce the refund rate to the original payment source and increase the lifetime value of the customer as it will retain the customer for you.

You can set different rules like if you want to offer an extra offer on the order level then order tags can be used or if you want to incentivize your loyal customer then customer tags can be used to set the rule.
