How to connect the Vinculum eRetail account on Return Prime?

Return Prime is fully integrated with Vinculum's eRetail to help you update the returns on eRetail as well. It has been built to work in a plug-and-play manner and you need not do anything except enter the required credentials.

This integration with eRetail lets you do the following:

  1. Create a return on eRetail as soon as you approve the request on Return Prime

  2. Restock the product on eRetail while marking them as inspected on Return Prime

You can connect the Vinculum eRetail by following the below-mentioned steps.

  1. Click on the "Settings" icon available in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  2. Here you need to click on the "Integrations" settings.

  3. Scroll down on this page and you will find "Vinculum eRetail" integration. To activate this you need to be on Return Prime's Scale plan or above.

  4. If you are already on the scale plan and above, you can click on the activate button.

  5. It will open up a dialogue box where you need to enter a few details related to your eRetail account, you will get these details from your Vinculum account manager.


After filling in all the required details please click on the save button and the integration will be activated. :)

With this integration, once you approve the request on Return Prime, it will initiate return on eRetail and one you mark the request as inspected on Return Prime, it will close the return on eRetail either in good bin or bad as you select.
