Return Prime offers a lot of automation and processing refunds as per your business policy is one of them. Our automation makes sure that customers do not wait for the refund and increases customer satisfaction.

In this article, you will see how to set an automation to process the refund automatically once you mark them as received.

  1. Click on the "Settings" option available on the bottom left corner of your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the "Wonder Bot automation" settings.


  3. Click on the "Create new rule" button available in the top right corner.

  4. Here you can configure the below-mentioned rule in order to process the refund automatically.


    That is it, now whenever you mark the request as "Received" on the Return Prime dashboard, it will automatically issue the refund to the customer as per the rule.

If you offer different refund modes to the customers, you can set multiple rules for the different refund modes. For example if customer selected store credit then refund via store credit.
