Most of the Indian merchants come up with the policy to refund as soon as the item is picked up from customer's house. We get this shipment status from logistics partner so it is quite easy to set up such automation with Return Prime. We have helped merchants save a lot of hours with this automation.

  1. Click on the "Settings" icon available on the bottom left corner of the dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the "Wonder Bot automation" settings.


  3. Once you are here, click on the "Create new rule" button available on the top right corner.


Here you can create a rule as per the below configuration.

As per this condition, the Wonder Bot will automatically check all the requests and will process the refunds for the eligible ones.

If you offer a COD refunds as well, please configure a rule similar to this for COD payment method.
