Return Prime is completely focused on building features that can help merchants generate more revenue while providing a seamless return/exchange experience to the customers.
We have released Wonder Revenue booster for all merchants across the globe and it's doing wonders to generate revenue for the brands. The feature allows you to upsell the products in the return and exchange journey.
You can enable this on your store by following the below-mentioned steps:-
Click on the "Settings" option available on the bottom left corner of the Return Prime dashboard.
Navigate "Wonder Revenue Booster" and click on it.
Here you will find an option to "Create new upsell rule".
You can create a rule like the below one to show any product in upsell. Here you can also definite if you want to offer any incentive if they purchase any new item.
The upsell feature will help you get extra revenue from the return/exchange journey. The conditions can be defined on the basis of collection or product tags. When a new order is created on Shopify, you can then fulfill it just like a fresh order.

Please note that Razorpay or Stripe integration is required in order to enable this feature. You can connect the Razorpay or Stripe account from "Settings > Integrations".
