Return Prime is fully integrated with Unicommerce to help you update the returns on Uniware as well. It has been built to work in a plug-and-play manner and you need not do anything except enter the required credentials.
This integration with Unicommerce lets you do the following:
Create a return on Unicommerce as soon as you approve the request on Return Prime
Restock the product on Unicommerce while marking them as inspected on Return Prime
You can connect the Unicommerce account by following the below-mentioned steps.
Click on the "Settings" icon available in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Here you need to click on the "Integrations" settings.
Scroll down on this page and you will find "Unicommerce" integration. To activate this you need to be on Return Prime's Scale plan or above.
If you are already on the scale plan and above, you can click on the activate button.
It will open up a dialogue box where you need to enter a few details related to your Unicommerce account, you will get these details from your Unicommerce account manager.
After filling in all the required details please click on the save button and the integration will be activated. :)
With this integration, once you approve the request on Return Prime, it will initiate a return on Unicommerce and once you mark the request as inspected on Return Prime, it will close the return on Unicommerce either in the good bin or bad as you select.
