Here is a step-by-step process to integrate Sendcloud with Return Prime :


Step 1: Create Public and Private Keys on Sendcloud Dashboard

  • Log in to Your Sendcloud Account: Visit Sendcloud and log in to your account using your credentials. Once logged in, go to Settings > Integrations > Sendcloud API

Step 2: Generate API Keys:

  • In the Sendcloud API Configuration section, click on the option to generate a new API key.

  • You will be prompted to provide a name for the key. Enter “Return Prime" there.

  • Click "Save." The system will generate a Public Key and a Private Key.

Store these keys securely as the private key will be shown only once.


Step 3: Add API keys on Return Prime:

  • On the Return Prime Dashboard, Go to Settings > Logistics > Sendcloud > Activate and paste the Public Key and Secret Key copied earlier from Sendcloud dashboard. Once done, just hit Save.
