Implementing the "Hold Exchange Orders" feature in Return Prime helps you maintain better control over your order management process. By placing exchange orders on hold as soon as they are created, you can:
Avoid inventory discrepancies: Ensure that exchanges do not process automatically until you manually review or confirm them, reducing stock inconsistencies.
Improve order accuracy: Manually review exchange requests and ensure that the correct items are being exchanged before releasing the fulfillment.
Better operational control: Prevent potential fraud or errors by adding an extra layer of verification before dispatching exchange orders.
