Set Up Automation Rules for Auto-Refunds

Customers consistently anticipate prompt refunds following the return of an item, and it falls on the shoulders of merchants to closely monitor all shipments and swiftly release the order amount.

Return Prime offers a seamless solution to address your challenges associated with returns and exchange management. Let's explore how:

  1. Click on the "Settings" icon on the bottom left corner of the screen.

  2. Navigate to the "Wonder Bot automation" option.


  3. Click on the "Create new rule" option.

  4. Here you can create a rule as per your condition. For example, if you want to refund the customer once you mark the item as received and if the refund mode selected is "Original payment method" then you can set the below rule.


Once it is done then click on the save button. Now the automation will run as per your configured condition and initiate the refund. Similar to this you can set different refund rules.

Tip: You can set the rules based on various conditions like:- Reason, Shipment status, Requested refund mode, Request stage, Order tag, and item fulfilled location.
