To integrate Klaviyo with Return Prime, follow the steps below:
Open your Klaviyo dashboard and go to the Settings section.
On the Settings menu, go to Account > API keys > Create Private API Key.
3. Add a suitable name in the Private API key name section > Click on Full Access Key > Create.
4. Copy the Private API key generated and move to Return Prime Dashboard.
5. On the Return Prime Dashboard, Move to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo > Activate and paste the Private API keys copied earlier from Klaviyo and click on save.
The integration with Return Prime and Klaviyo is now live!
NOTE - You must first perform the required actions in Return Prime. This includes initiating and processing returns/exchanges through the Return Prime dashboard. Create a flow using Klaviyo-
Once you have integrated Return Prime with Klaviyo, follow the steps below to create an automated flow on Klaviyo:
Open the Klaviyo dashboard and go to the Flows > Create Flow > Build your own, add relevant names to the flow, add tags if necessary and click on Create Flow.
Once done,, on the left side bar, click on Your metrics > API and choose the relevant Return Prime event as a trigger.
Adding Trigger Filters - Once done, add relevant trigger filters for you to easily bifurcate between return and exchange requests and much more. Click on add in the trigger filter section and choose from various event properties pushed along with the events. Return Prime events in Klaviyo can be used to create segments by leveraging return-related data to group customers based on their return/exchange behaviours. This allows for highly targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer needs and preferences.
Follow the steps below to create a new segment:
On the Klaviyo dashboard, go to Audience > Lists and Segments > Create New > Create Segment.
In the Segment Name field, name your segment for ease of tracking later on the dashboard.
In Segment Criteria dropdown,
Select What someone has done/not done
Pick a Return Prime event as per requirement to filter your audience.
Choose the remaining Segment Criteria as per your need.
Click on Create Segment
All the contacts/profiles that fall under this category would now populate in the total audience in the segment made.
