Adding Notes to Return/Exchange Requests
Notes can be used to add additional information or context to a return/exchange request. This can include reasons for return, special instructions, or any other relevant details.
Follow the steps below to add notes to a request -
Navigate to the return/exchange request you want to add a note to.
Scroll down to the Notes section.
Click on Edit.
Enter your note in the provided text box.
Click Save to add the note to the request.
Notes once added, can be used as a Prime Variable to communicate with the customer via email in the notifications section.
Adding Tags to Return/Exchange Requests
Tags are useful for categorising and filtering requests based on specific criteria. Tags can help in quickly identifying and grouping similar requests.
Follow the steps below to add tags to a request -
Navigate to the return/exchange request you want to add a tag to.
Scroll down to the Tags section.
Click on the text box labeled Type the tag and press enter on your keyboard.
Enter your desired tag and click on Save or press Enter.
The tag will be added to the request. Here is an image of how it will look while adding a new tag.
